Ask: name the bottleneck
Before we build, we pin down eight points: who owns the decision, which outcome counts, today’s facts, the limits that cannot move, the available levers, the path to change, the proof we will look for, and the deadline for the call. For an agent, the fixed limits include brokerage policy, MLS rules and fair housing.
Map: follow a deal end to end
We trace one real deal from first inquiry to closing and mark every handoff: who touched it, which tool held it, and where it waited. The map shows which hours AI can take back and where a mistake would cost the most.
Move: automate one handoff
Then we automate one handoff, the one carrying the riskiest assumption, time it against the old way, and expand it only if it earns its place.
