A transaction timeline from one executed contract
What happens when an executed purchase contract becomes a timeline: every date, each party’s reminder, and the point where the agent checks before anything is sent. The deal, people and dates are invented.
- Before
- Dates live in the contract PDF, a paper calendar and the agent’s memory. Reminders go out when the agent remembers to send them.
- After
- The contract’s dates become a timeline in the agent’s calendar and CRM, with a drafted reminder for each party. The agent approves each one, and anything that needs judgment stays with a person.

01 Input
Jordan Reyes, a fictional agent who closed about 40 homes last year with one part-time assistant, has six deals in contract this spring. One inspection deadline was nearly missed while Jordan answered leads from the car.
How it moves
- Read the contract Pull every date and party from the executed contract and its addenda into a draft timeline.
- The agent checks the dates The agent confirms each date against the contract before anything is scheduled, because a misread date is costly.
- Draft the reminders Each party gets a drafted reminder: the buyer, the lender, the inspector, the title company and the other agent.
- Approve and send Reminders go out only after the agent approves them, and any change to a date restarts the check.

03 Review
Where a person decides
The agent confirms every date against the contract and approves each reminder before it is sent. Negotiation, price conversations and anything legal stay with the agent and the broker.
Limits of this example
